Simultaneously, you should keep your mouth shut and your teeth together so you can press the top of your tongue against the lower row of your teeth, step by step increasing the pressure until you count up to to ten, then hold for six and then slowly releasing it. For resistance when you are implementing slight force, you can apply two fingers at the small of your neck. Drop your lip as far as practicable, place your fingers on the collar bone, point the chin high up and then pull the corners of your mouth down.

Working on the chin can be carried out by constraining the muscle there as firmly as practicable then pushing your under lip up as though you are sulking so it turns white and dimpled. Now you recognize how to eliminate those creases, so be sure to perform these exercises twice a day, once when you rise, and again before you hit the sack.
