Have you seen the show “The Biggest Loser?” and wondered what a good fitness trainer can do for you?
I love watching it because is shows the true spirit of what true weight loss and fitness can do for a person. This show has got some wonderful fitness trainers that help the participants, usually a 100 lbs or more overweight, encourage them to find that laser beem focus that many of you have forgotten about.
Let’s do a little mental exercise
right now. Use that ability to imagine, fantisize if you will, what a healthy fit body will do for you. Apart from just looking good for others, what other benefits of health come to the surface? Notice how in this state of mind, you have natural feelings already ingrained inside of you for your own personal GENUINE HEALTH.
In the quest for weight loss, we have lost the importance of genuine health and our natural tendency toward it. Instead we’ve loaded our bodies with restrictive diets and products that negatively stimulate our central nervous systems and possibly affect our hearts in damaging ways. Rather, focus on creating genuine health, naturally. More importanly do it for yourself and your own bliss.
Genuine health leads to true and permanent weight loss that will affect your body and MIND in postive ways. And once you can take your focus on creating a body that’s filled with life and vitality then your body will reward you in numerous ways that help you to reach your weight loss goals in an easier, yet positve direction for your body and mind.
You’re not completely to blame as the media has greatly influenced our thoughts of the “ideal” body.
I’m not saying you can’t get there but if it comes at the risk of your genuine health - then in my eyes that is not true weight loss.
Let me remind you, what the trainers on the show have reminded the contestants: FOCUS ON YOUR GENUINE HEALTH and weight loss will follow.
If there’s one thing we can learn from the contestants in the show, is that we all have the ability to reach our goals as long as we put the proper focus and determination into reaching our goals.
So right now, allow the flow of that inspired action to come forth. A flow you were already born with!
