When trying to lose the baby fat remember you are what you eat. You wouldn’t see a sexy starlet eating a Big Mac if they are trying to lose weight after giving birth. Keeping things fresh with fruit filled smoothies and lean meats can help trim your tummy. Nutritionists will always tell you to not ‘cut’ out any of your food groups - even the carbohydrates! Instead you should eat everything in moderation by including whole grains with your proteins and some natural sugar like honey with your oatmeal.

Losing the baby fat isn’t just for the rich and famous. Movie mommies might be shedding the pounds by running away from shutterbugs but you can burn the baby fat too. Just follow these simple tips and remember to have fun with it.
